Shop the price around once you’ve settled on a particular level of protection, style or manufacture of these car covers. By shopping around you can best ensure that you are getting the best price possible and the maximum coverage you want for your vehicle.
And remember a good quality car cover will add years of life to your car’s paint and your car’s interior as it will keep the interior temperature of your car or truck on average 20° or more below what it would be without the same . This will help maintain the resale value of your vehicle and make it last and look better for much longer. A car cover should be thought of this in terms of investment or similar for your vehicle as it is definitely worth more than you’ll pay for it. Bottom line – if you leave your car outside a car cover will save you serious money in the long run.

Hey, I have always used a tarp for covering my car, but I found out that tarps get brittle fast and breakdown from the suns UV rays. They also have metal eyelets that can seriously scratch up your car on a windy day. I will cough up some money and get a quality car cover.
I heard some where that you need to be careful and make sure your car is clean before you put on a car cover else you can actually scratch your paint and finish with debris that gets under the car cover. Is that true?
